in times of increasing demand for beauty, youth and perfection,
the temptation to manipulate with photoshop has never been greater.
i have set my priorities to the contrary. photography should not only
document – but neither should it merely serve illusion and idealization.
wrinkles, dark circles, scars, imperfect teeth and other „flaws“ can emphasize
vitality, lifestyle, naturalness, character and, above all, individuality.
my photos are flawed to perfection!
born in latin-america, at home in vienna, enthused by art and photography since childhood.
through the lens, living the dream of perpetual moments of life, counteracting ephemerality,
capturing and creating images which arouse emotions and touch the viewer… an invitation to

in einer zeit, in der der anspruch nach schönheit, jugend und perfektion
ständig wächst und man mit photoshop gekonnt diesem anspruch
photographisch nachkommen kann, setze ich meinen akzent dagegen.
photographie soll nicht nur der dokumentation dienen – aber auch nicht
nur der illusion und der idealisierung.
falten, augenringe, narben, ungerade zähne und andere „fehler“ können
lebendigkeit, lebensstil, natürlichkeit, charakter und vor allem individualität
unterstreichen.
